Thomas Thadeus, fondly known as “Thadee” within the team, serves as the Relationship Manager of Smart Residences Property Development Corporation. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Entrepreneurship, Thomas brings with him a solid foundation in business, paired with a natural talent for connecting with people on a deeply human level.

With years of experience in the hospitality and food service industry, he has developed an exceptional sense of service, sincerity, and emotional intelligence — traits that continue to define his approach in nurturing relationships with both clients and colleagues. Whether resolving concerns or simply checking in, Thadee is known for his soft-spoken presence, active listening, and genuine care for others.

Though he openly admits he’s not the most tech-savvy person in the room, he never allows that to get in the way.
